Welcome to Wordacify! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile game and services (“Wordacify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or playing Wordacify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or playing Wordacify, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non‐exclusive, non‐transferable, revocable license to use Wordacify for personal, non‐commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, rent, or sell any part of the app.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Wordacify offers optional premium features via in‐app subscriptions (“Wordacify+” or similar). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Types & Duration: We may offer weekly, monthly, or annual subscriptions. Specific pricing and terms (trial periods, promotional rates, etc.) will be clearly disclosed within the app prior to purchase.
• Billing & Renewal: All payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle—unless canceled by you at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings:
  • Open the App Store app
  • Tap your profile icon in the upper right
  • Tap “Subscriptions” and select Wordacify to view or cancel
• No Refunds from Us: Except where required by law, we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of a subscription. Apple’s standard billing and refund policies apply—we recommend you review Apple’s subscription refund support page for details.
• RevenueCat Integration: We use RevenueCat to securely manage subscriptions and payment processing. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data, device identifiers, and transaction receipts solely to validate your subscription and provide/support subscription features. For details on how RevenueCat handles your data, see the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Changes to Subscription Terms: We may modify subscription pricing, content, or features at any time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app or via email before the next billing cycle. You have the right to cancel prior to any change taking effect.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or disrupt gameplay or servers;
• Use Wordacify for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse‐engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute our content or software;
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or any content that violates third‐party rights;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Content Ownership

All content in Wordacify—including graphics, text, logos, audio, and software—is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Wordacify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‐free service. Use of the app is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‐infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wordacify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—such as loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses—that arise from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wordacify at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may update Wordacify from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements. We encourage you to enable automatic app updates in your device settings so you always have the latest version. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Wordacify will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court—whichever you choose—in your locale, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we will post the revised Terms here with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Wordacify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
